Customs & Duties (non-EU shipments)

Orders shipped outside the European Union are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means that import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included in the order total and remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and carrier, and must be paid by the Customer upon import or delivery.

NEW COLOR has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned or abandoned. In such cases, shipping costs and any return or administrative fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
